You will immerse yourself in a fabulous weekend away at a luxury hotel or private estate. All aspects of your experience are curated for you. The format of the days, your luxury experiences, 5-star meals, and integration time will all be designed for you. You will work privately with me over two transformational days of deep process, synthesizing the results of your pre-work and assessments.

I will write up a comprehensive report for you to take home and implement. Your Blueprint Report will provide the clarity, guidance, and direction you need to move forward fully empowered with your personalized recommendations and the Holistic Brain-Based Approach,
After your Intensive, you are supported from start to finish. You will have follow-up support. This support is designed as a check-in to see how you are doing with implementing your Blueprint Report. We will see how the Report is fitting you, and if you have run into any challenges. We create the space, and give you the tools, your job is to follow through with the work.
